Studio Protocols & Deposits

Velvet Grave Tattoo Studio — Booking & Cancellation Policy Same-day appointments are welcome when availability permits. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit or booking fee. A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be scheduled. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit or booking fee and may be required to pay a new deposit before rebooking. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless Velvet Grave Tattoo Studio cancels the appointment and other arrangements cannot be made.
