Velvet Grave Tattoo Studio — Studio Policy Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. Clients must follow all sanitation and safety instructions provided before, during, and after the tattoo procedure. Please do not attend your appointment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Velvet Grave Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service when a client appears impaired or when completing the procedure would create a safety concern. Please notify the tattooist before your appointment of anything that may affect the tattooing process or your ability to safely receive the service. Children, pets, and unnecessary guests should not be present in the tattooing area unless specifically approved. Design, size, placement, or other significant changes requested at the appointment may affect the final price or require the appointment to be rescheduled. Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided following their tattoo. Velvet Grave Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service or stop a procedure when necessary to maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional environment. The standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to studio appointments.
